Attods Online Store offers a 7-day return window for items that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure you get the resolution.

 At Attods Online Store, we appreciate your patronage, however, if you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased, feel free to read our return/refund or exchange policy below. All Returned product(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, serial numbers, and labels attached.


Return Instructions

STEP 1: Send a Complaint

Also include pictures of the product that was delivered to info@attods.com, support@attods.com as a means of evidence.

STEP 2: Return after Authorization

Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.

STEP 3: Get Resolution

Once the item has been received by us, we will ensure you get a resolution (A replacement, exchange, or refund)


For product complaints outside 7 days in relation to defective items, you may:

Ø  Visit an authorized service center to obtain a warranty. if the service center is not in your location, you may choose to contact Us via email.

Ø  Contact us so we can assist in getting a resolution as soon as possible.

Return Process

To return an item or items, please email customer service at info@attods.com or call the office line to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or click here for the form. Afterward, keep the item safe from scratch and dirt.

Refund Policy

After all verifications of the Returns by the Supervisor; the item can be processed for Return or Exchange. Depends on the nature of the Returns, there may be instant gratification or days of the process before an exchange or refund.

Exceptions

For factory defective product (s), please contact the number below for proper exchange or refund.

Note: We have the ability to determine such defects if factory or self-damage. Invoices of purchase MUST be presented before any Return or Exchange.

How do I return an item?

Can I return an item after 7 days?

Our return policy is within 7 days, after 7 days you will no longer be able to return the item, but if the item is faulty, it may be covered by the warranty. Please be informed that not all product has a warranty.

What can I return?

You can return an item within 3-5 days after delivery, i.e if a wrong, damaged or counterfeit item was delivered, with the exception of software.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.  

How long will it take to return an item and get my refund?

Please be informed that only two attempts can be made to return an item, and it takes business days (Monday – Friday), public holidays excluded.

All items will be picked up within 3 business days, once we get the item, we test the product and once the item is eligible for a return, we process the refund which takes up to 10 days.

Why was my product re-delivered to me after I made a return?

Returned items will be redelivered to you if the item is not eligible for return after testing. For example, a laptop returned for not booting will be broadly tested and if the assertion is true, a refund will be processed immediately, but if during the test, the laptop boots, the item will be redelivered to you. 

I was informed that a bank transfer has been made but I am yet to receive the money, what should I do?

It may take up to 2-5 business days for you to get the money. Please contact us if you still haven’t received your refund after this time.

If a product comes with a gift, do I have to return the gift with the item?

Yes, any free gift must also be returned. 

Can I Exchange a product rather than getting a refund?

You can exchange an item provided that the price of the product you wish to exchange and the item you wish to return is of the same price.
